Who is behind ACG?
Avalon Capital Group was founded by Luyanda Ngubo, a KwaZulu-Natal operator with a background spanning automotive dealership operations, commodity brokerage, and direct business development. Avalon was built on the thesis that a deal ecosystem - where each venture feeds the next - is more resilient and more valuable than a single business. Luyanda runs both divisions directly, which means every client engagement at Vantara and ADA has the same person accountable for the outcome.
How long has ACG been operating?
Avalon Capital Group was registered in March 2025 and has been operating since. Both divisions - Vantara and ADA - have active client engagements and completed transactions since launch. The ACG website itself is the primary proof of concept for ADA's methodology: built, migrated, and grown to 29 indexed pages and over 1,100 impressions in seven weeks with no paid advertising.
